Who We’re Looking For:

Relentlessly motivated, self-driven, and hungry to succeed

Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication

A genuine passion for real estate sales and long-term career growth

Current Agent Representative Certificate or Cert IV

Valid driver’s license and reliable car

Your Responsibilities:

Door knocking, cold calling, and proactive client outreach

Preparing market appraisals and Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)

Assembling compelling listing kits

Shadowing the Director at property showings and client meetings

Conducting open homes and attending auctions

Active participation in team training and industry events
