In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full womenswear apparel portfolio — from apparel and accessories to seasonal must-haves — and play a key role in steering the creative evolution of the brand. Leading one of the largest design teams in the country, so proven experience managing and mentoring a team of senior and junior designers is essential.
You will balance trend forecasting, customer insight, and commercial objectives to deliver aspirational, on-brand collections that drive growth and resonate with today’s consumer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Driving the end-to-end design strategy across the full womenswear category
• Creating a clear and elevated aesthetic direction, while delivering consistent newness across seasons
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large and passionate in-house design team
• Ensuring trend relevance, commerciality, and customer-centric design across all product ranges
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Planning, and Marketing to align creative execution with business strategy
• Maintaining a sharp focus on innovation, sustainability, and evolving customer expectations
• Championing a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Proven experience at a senior level leading multi-category womenswear design teams within a large retail or high-volume fashion environment
• Strong aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for trends and a refined, modern point of view
