Our Client
Our client is a well established private development group who specialise in the hotel and hospitality sector. Due to continued growth and an opportunity to upskill their team, they are are currently seeking a Design Manager from a tier 1 or 2 construction background.

The Role
Working in a highly collaborative environment, the Design Manager will partner closely with the Project and Development Management team to drive design outcomes across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with a broad consultant team to manage the development of design documentation, providing direction on buildability, value management and opportunities to enhance quality.

About You
This role will suit candidates looking to transition client side from Tier 1 or 2 construction backgrounds. It is essential candidates have worked for a builder and developed a strong technical understanding.
Ideally you will have exposure to complex developments in either the commercial, residential or hotel sectors. You will have excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. High attention to detail and an ability to implement strong systems and procedures are non-negotiable.
