Our Client
Our client is a leading builder/developer with an outstanding track record in the aged care and retirement sector. Due to continued growth in their pipeline, they are currently looking to appoint a Design Manager from an architectural background to their in-house design team.

The Role
As an in-house Design Manager you will partner closely with in-house development and construction teams to drive design outcomes. Your involvement will typically be post-town planning where you will manage a full suite of consultants to coordinate design documentation and provide direction on buildability, efficiency, value management and opportunities to enhance quality.

What we are looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Technology
• Minimum of 8 years professional experience
• Strong technical understanding of construction detailing
• High attention to detail and excellent project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Revit proficient
• Exposure to Aged Care / Retirement Living will be highly regarded
