About you
You are a skilled customer service representative looking to further develop your sales and communications skills in a fast-paced environment. You provide solutions through logical, creative and innovative thinking, and display conviction and resilience when working collaboratively and motivating others.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader: Future Student Enquiries, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and accurate information to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students in response to enquiries on a range of platforms. You will participate in the ongoing development of quality improvement initiatives and will work collaboratively with staff across the Communications and Marketing Unit to facilitate information sharing and cross-skilling.

To be successful you will need
- Experience in a sales and customer service-related environment
- Excellent relationship building skills to enable effective engagement with a diverse range of people and cultures
- Demonstrated provision of high quality, responsive customer service with excellent communication and written skills and a professional phone manner
- Proven ability to problem-solve and sound organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a team-based work environment including contributing towards a strong client focused culture
