At Accredited Power Saver (APS), we help households access thousands of dollars in government rebates to upgrade their homes with energy-efficient solutions – like heat pump hot water systems, solar, and more.
Our team is expanding – and we're on the hunt for flexible Sales Advisors who want a role they can shape around their lifestyle, experience, or career goals. Whether you're a seasoned phone sales expert, an ex-retail superstar, or someone with a gift for turning curious leads into loyal customers, we want to meet you.

Your Day Might Include:
Taking inbound calls from customers interested in our energy upgrades
Answering questions about products, rebates and install timelines
Coordinating bookings and installation logistics
Doing basic desktop assessments for eligibility
Following up and creating real relationships with your own customers
Staying organised in our CRM (HUBSPOT experience helps, but we'll train you)
Hitting realistic sales KPIs and earning the rewards that come with it
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles
Minimum 2 years proven experience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles
A confident, friendly and clear telephone manner
Ability to listen actively, build trust and close the deal
High attention to detail – especially when reviewing job details or rebate eligibility
Comfortable with technology and data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Self-motivated, with the flexibility to work independently or in a small team
A positive attitude and a strong sense of purpose
Full working rights in Australia required
Extra Points If You:
Have worked in energy, automotive, home improvement, or retail sales
Have experience using a CRM or booking system
Love turning "just curious" leads into confident customers
The Details:
Location: Adelaide CBD office (with some flexibility for remote once trained)
Hours: Full-time or Part-time, you tell us what works (flexible across weekdays)
Start: ASAP – multiple roles available
Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate + bonuses for hitting achievable targets
Successful candidates must pass a National Police Check
