As a Fine Jewelry Client Advisor based in Sydney CBD your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service and guidance to clients seeking exquisite jewelry pieces. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and desires to offer personalized recommendations. Your goal is to exceed client expectations, fostering long-term loyalty and establishing the company as a trusted destination for fine jewelry.

Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of gemstones, metals, jewelry design, and craftsmanship is essential. Understanding the characteristics, quality, and value of different pieces allows you to provide accurate and valuable advice to clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are crucial to building strong relationships with clients. Active listening, empathy, and the ability to understand and anticipate client needs are vital in delivering personalized service.
• A strong sales acumen, including the ability to upsell and cross-sell, is important. Negotiation skills can be beneficial for handling pricing discussions and closing sales effectively.
