Job Summary:

As a Warranty Specialist will be responsible for the timely submission of daily warranty orders to ensure timely payment from the manufacturer; at the same time, manage the recycling and processing of the manufacturer's warranty parts.

(New stores need to take a break from the outbound work of the part-time parts planner)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Familiar with the warranty maintenance terms, processes and technical notices;

2) Identify whether the damaged parts of the faulty vehicle belong to the warranty maintenance;

3) Review whether the warranty maintenance documents are complete and meet the claim requirements;

4) Work according to the warranty maintenance procedures and requirements;

5) Fill in the warranty maintenance application form in the prescribed format and input and report as required, and organize the claim documents;

6) Manage various warranty maintenance documents and manage the warranty data by computer;

7) Check the refund documents and report the summary table;

8) Properly manage old parts;

9) Communicate with technical personnel and collect and manage relevant technical reports;

10) Communicate with relevant departments and put forward reasonable suggestions;

11) Other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Qualifications:

Educational background:

◆Automotive or related college or above

Training experience:

◆Familiar with relevant national laws and regulations;

◆Familiar with the operating procedures of BYD's various business practices;

Experience:

◆More than 3 years of work experience in the scope of automobile repair services or related industries.

◆More than 1 year of warranty work experience

◆Those who are familiar with BYD's business operations will be considered favorable

Skills:

◆Good computer application knowledge

◆Communication skills and good language expression skills in the sales process and related work

◆Strong analysis and business development capabilities

◆Possess a valid driver's license
