The Opportunity

Be the welcoming face of our elegant boutique in this unique role combining client hospitality, sales support, and digital engagement. You'll work alongside our passionate team to deliver world-class service while contributing to our social media presence and online customer relationships.

Hours: 3-4 days per week (Saturday essential) with occasional evening events

What You'll Do

Welcome & Host: Create memorable first impressions for every client visiting our boutique

Sales Support: Assist with product consultations and contribute to sales conversions in our luxury environment

Digital Engagement: Manage social media interactions, respond to online enquiries, and assist with content

Client Relationships: Use HubSpot CRM to nurture leads and maintain client connections

Boutique Excellence: Ensure our space always reflects our premium brand standards

Event Support: Assist with private appointments, VIP experiences, and exclusive in-store events

Administrative Support: Handle bookings, phone enquiries, and general boutique operations

Hospitality: Provide refreshments and maintain our signature calm, luxurious atmosphere

Your Background

Essential:

Jewellery industry experience – we need someone who understands our craft

Natural ability to connect with people in a luxury retail setting

Proven track record in sales or sales support roles

Saturday availability and flexibility for occasional evening events

Highly Regarded:

Social media management or digital customer service experience

CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)

Eye for detail and proactive approach in small team environments
