What We’re Looking For:

• Sales, customer service, or trade experience
• A genuine passion for providing excellent service and achieving sales targets
• An interest in tools and the trade industry (training available!)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy

What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in‑store and over the phone with sales and product advice
• Recommend tools, specials, and promotions
• Maintain clean, well‑presented displays and merchandise
• Resolve customer questions and complaints with a focus on solutions
• Work one weekend shift per fortnight (on an 11‑day roster)
