About the Role
· Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes for daily service and events
· Work across all sections of the kitchen as required
· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
· Responsible for fulfilling Head Chef duties during their absence.
· Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Skills & Experience
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Chef in a busy kitchen environment
· Experience in both restaurant dining and event catering
· Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
· Confident working independently and as part of a team
· Strong knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
· Excellent organisational and communication skills
· Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role, including availability to work weekend and public holidays.
