About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineering Draftsperson with at least 1 year of industry experience. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and design teams to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for residential and small-scale civil projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed civil drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other drafting software.

Assist with the preparation of design plans for drainage, roads, driveways, sewer, stormwater, and earthworks.

Interpret engineering sketches, survey data, and specifications to produce accurate designs.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure drawings align with project requirements.

Modify drawings based on feedback and ensure compliance with relevant codes and local regulations.

Maintain and manage drawing records, file updates, and version control.

Contribute to design documentation and reports as required.

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in civil drafting, ideally within residential or infrastructure development.

Relevant Qualification in Civil Construction Design (Diploma and Above)

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D is a plus) and familiarity with other relevant drafting tools.

Sound understanding of civil construction methods and engineering principles.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

High attention to detail, excellent time management, and communication skills.

Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering Drafting or a related field.
