We are currently partnering with a well-established national Australian organisation to recruit for a 6 month fixed term based in the heart of Parramatta. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for both customer service and administration, looking to gain experience within a reputable company.

  • Responding to customer queries via phone and email;
  • Managing and updating customer records and databases;
  • Providing general administrative support to internal departments;
  • Handle all customer requests with care, integrity, and a sense of urgency, ensuring timely resolution;
  • Schedule and track customer requests to completion, maintaining all commitments made to customers;
  • Emailing – using templates/ or needing the ability of written communication; and
  • Updating spreadsheets.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
