Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical products. On a monthly basis, you'll contribute to team performance goals and support process improvements. Weekly responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to track orders and resolve any client concerns. On a daily basis, you'll respond to calls and emails, assist healthcare professionals with product information, and ensure every customer interaction is handled with care and precision.

This role is central to the smooth operation of the customer experience and plays a key part in supporting critical healthcare delivery across the country. Your communication and problem-solving skills will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our service. You'll be working in a supportive, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a passion for helping others are highly valued. Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and empathy
  • Process and track customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues
  • Provide detailed product information and support to healthcare professionals and clients
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback, order status, and service performance
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
  • Adhere to compliance standards and company policies related to product safety and customer service
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and procedures

Candidate Profile

You are friendly, energetic, and personable, with 1 to 2 years of call centre or customer service experience. You genuinely enjoy helping others and building positive relationships, bringing warmth and professionalism to every customer interaction. You have strong attention to detail and can easily manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, you're proactive and solution-focused, always ready to adapt and keep things running smoothly.
