About the role
Camnet is seeking a Service Administrator to join our team in our Rosebery office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our client services team. The role is based in our Rosebery office.
What you'll be doing
Manage incoming enquiries and service requests from clients via phone and email
Process and track client orders, deliveries and service tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and service activities
Provide general administrative support to the client services team as required
What we're looking for
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Proficient in using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the client services or sales support function
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

We currently have an average fix time of four hours.
