Opportunity for a Member and Business Support Officer
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia NT Branch is looking for a proactive Member and Business Support Officer to join the team to provide support, guidance and advice to NT Community Pharmacies.
The Pharmacy Guild of Australia represents the proprietors of around 5,500 community pharmacies, who form a unique network of trusted healthcare professionals across Australia.
We are currently seeking applications from enthusiastic and experienced customer-focused professionals to assist community pharmacies in optimising and developing business opportunities for the viability of their business.
What will I be doing?
Serve as the first point of contact for Guild members and prospective members.
Conduct regular pharmacy visits across the NT to provide business support and gather feedback.
Assist with membership campaigns, communications, and event coordination.
Support members with legislative requirements, QCPP implementation, and Guild programs.
Collaborate with the Branch Director on advocacy, grants, and strategic projects.
What are we looking for?
A forward-thinking, relationship-driven professional with:
At least one year of experience in a community pharmacy setting, with exposure to QCPP standards and pharmacy operations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in an out-of-office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A current unrestricted driver's licence and access to transport

The Guild is committed to offering staff a supportive, flexible and rewarding work environment. This role is based at our NT Branch office in the Darwin Waterfront and is part-time (22.5 hours per week). Occasional travel to member premises across NT town centres and interstate is required.
