Your New Role
As our Commercial Broker for the Toowoomba region, you’ll be responsible for travelling to remote areas of QLD and covering Gatton and Ipswich, out to Dalby, Chinchilla and Roma and down to Warwick, Stanthorpe and Goondiwindi. You will be managing relationships with 250 motel and caravan park owners and operators in some of the most lucrative areas in the state.
To be successful in this role you will also be required to undertake the following duties:
· Prospecting and securing listings within your territory
· Conducting marketing activities and onsite inspections
· Managing deals from initial contact through to settlement
· Liaising with buyers and vendors to deliver outstanding service
· Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
· Meeting KPIs and contributing to team meetings and events
· Attending our Queensland-based onboarding and annual conferences (all expenses paid)
About You
You’ll be confident, motivated, and ready to take control of your career. To thrive in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience
· Outstanding relationship-building and follow-up skills
· A strong work ethic and accountability to meet self-managed goals
· A clean driving record and willingness to travel across your region
· Excellent communication and time management skills
· A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
