We’re offering a unique opportunity to join an established mortgage business writing over $70M annually, fully supported by a team of three offshore staff, including a full-time parabroker and admin support..
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end loan processes with full back-office and parabroking support
Leading initial client meetings and presenting lender options and strategy
Structuring complex loans, including low-doc, SMSF, and self-employed scenarios
Overseeing the offshore team to ensure files progress smoothly
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through loan options to find the best solution for their needs.
Liaising with lenders, clients, and support teams to ensure smooth processing and approvals.
Self sourcing new leads and converting to submissions (higher commissions for comms only model)
Developing and maintaining new referral relationships
Maintaining compliance with Responsible Lending and Best Interests Duty requirements.
About You
An experienced broker with at least 3-4 years working in a brokerage
A professional with drive and hunger to make an impact and generate new business
Confident working with low-doc, SMSF, and self-employed clients
A strong communicator who builds trust quickly and delivers a consultative, tailored service to our client base
Experienced in managing a high volume of submissions and leads
A leader and manager capable of running an offshore team
