About the Opportunity
Join a purpose-led organisation within the higher education sector, currently undergoing a period of exciting transformation in its People and Culture function. As a HR Advisor, you’ll provide practical HR support across a diverse and complex workforce.

In this role, you’ll work closely with business units and the People Experience team, offering day-to-day HR guidance and manager coaching. You’ll be the first point of contact for advice on matters such as probation, entitlements, flexible work, leave, and general performance issues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

You Will Bring:

• Experience in HR advisory or coordination roles within complex or high-volume environments
• Strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in coaching managers on HR policy, process, and employment matters
• A proactive and organised working style, with strong time management
• Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Experience in higher education or the public sector is advantageous but not essential
