We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing and dynamic team in a full-time capacity, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please note that this role is available for an immediate start.

As the HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, and will provide employee support across the organisation. You will be the go-to for managers and staff, ensuring our workforce is empowered, engaged, and aligned with our values.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising to onboarding

Prepare and issue employee documentation such as Employment Contracts, letters, and/or workplace policies

Guide and support managers through performance management and professional development discussions, ensuring procedural fairness is followed

Manage employee grievances and conduct investigations, as required

Use Employment Hero to manage recruitment tasks, track applicants, and maintain HR records

Conduct regular audits to ensure employee compliance (Vevo checks, qualification, and certificate checks)

Coordinate employee training and monitor completion using Employment Hero’s learning platform

Manage the offboarding processes, including termination documentation and exit interviews, as required

About You

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

A strong understanding of HR compliance, Fair Work legislation, and modern award interpretation

Ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally and maintain confidentiality

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

A passion for people with the drive to build a positive workplace culture

Experience in the Disability or Community Services sector is highly desirable

Experience with Employment Hero is highly desirable
