Our busy, modern Medical Centres located in the hearts of Melton & Manor Lakes are seeking TRUE Casual Medical Receptionists to join their friendly teams and hit the ground running!

Hours will be on a rotating roster which may include weekends. Flexibility is a must in this fast paced role where no two days are the same!

•Previous General Practice experience required (Best Practice Software favourable)
•Ability to cover shifts at short notice
•Flexibility & punctuality
•Sound knowledge of the Medicare system
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Impeccable phone manner
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail at all times
•Well presented and professional
•Bright, bubbly personality
•Willingness to learn and think outside the square and be a real team player
•Compassion and care towards patients
•Must be IT Savvy

We are looking to fill 2 positions:

1 x Melton for 1-2 days per week + weekend roster + sick/leave cover fill ins.

1 x Manor Lakes 3-5 half days per week with view to increase as clinic grows.

From time to time, there may be a need to travel to sister clinics for staff cover if required. These locations can be found on our website.

*Level 1-Level 4 Award Wages apply dependent on experience.
