We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team at Ballarat Suites Motel, in Ballarat VIC.

This casual role will involve working closely with our guests to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience during their stay.

This casual role requires flexibility to work weekends, nights, and public holidays.

What you'll be doing

· Greeting and checking in guests in a warm and professional manner

· Handling all enquiries and requests from guests efficiently and effectively

· Providing information about the local area and recommending attractions and activities

· Assisting room allocation and key management

· Performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, taking bookings and managing the reservation system.

· Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the reception and back of house areas

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is an advantage but not a necessity

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends, night and public holidays

Able to work as part of a team and own their own
