The Practice is experiencing growth, and we are now actively seeking an experienced receptionist who is able to step into a more active customer care role and assist with putting together dental care plans. The focus of the role will be to engage our patients to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide information and follow up on our comprehensive range of dental services, based on their needs.

Supported by a friendly team, responsibilities include:

Point of contact for patients and customers

Ensure patient/customer satisfaction

Provide information to patients/customers

Providing follow up on dental plans

Active maintenance of appointments and scheduling

Front desk duties as required

This casual contract role (1–3 days per week) suits an organized, people-oriented team player who enjoys variety, takes initiative in customer care, and thrives in a supportive, feedback-driven environment focused on continuous improvement.
