Logistics Manager - National Operations Hub | Emu Plains, NSW

As Logistics Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth and efficient movement of goods across the supply chain – from inbound deliveries and warehouse storage to outbound dispatch and customer delivery. You will oversee a small on-site team and coordinate closely with production, customer service, and external freight providers to ensure inventory accuracy, timely fulfilment, and cost-effective transport.

What the role entails:

• Manage all shipping, receiving, inventory control, and dispatch activities
• Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Emu Plains warehouse team
• Liaise with freight carriers, couriers, and international forwarding agents
• Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate stock discrepancies
• Lead and maintain compliance with WHS, chain of responsibility, and site safety policies
• Maintain logistics and inventory records within ERP/WMS systems
• Support regular cycle counts, stock takes, and reporting

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse management
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and planning skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse software and inventory systems
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, accuracy, and process improvement
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Previous exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or large-scale distribution operations highly regarded
