Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to assist us in our customer support team. First and foremost, you will be a people person and love helping others. This role will involve lots of interaction with our customers in person, on the phone, and via online communication tools.

We are looking for a person who respects and cares for others, has a fun outgoing personality, is a problem solver, team player and both adaptable and approachable.

This job is available to start as soon as possible, there are options part-time and flexible working arrangements for the right person.

What will you be doing?

Responding to inbound service and support related inquiries by phone and email.

Solving first level IT problems for our customers.

Creating and maintaining information within the organisations document management system

Working in a team so the business can provide fantastic customer service.

Visiting customer sites to install new equipment.

What experience and skills must you have?
This is an entry level role, we don't expect you to be an expert, but do we expect you to want to learn and grow in the role.

Retail and/or Commercial experience in service-based roles

A problem-solving approach to both individual and team tasks

Passion for and interest in information technology

Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise tasks

Ability to proactively contribute within the team

Be willing to work independently

Willingness to work shifts between the business hours of 8am to 6pm

Current and valid Australian driver's licence required for customer site visits

Solid understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac) and networking concepts

Ideally you will working towards or have completed a Certificate IV in Information Technology or higher.

Renumeration will be based on the qualifications and experience that you have and hours you wish to work. This role is for a part-time position with the option to move to full time in the future.
