Key Responsibilities:

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT & NEW PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Maintain expert knowledge of the Linen Care category and be the ambassador of his/her product category in regard to consumers insights, competitors’ products, functions and benefits.

Understand the Global Appliances development processes, experience in Linen Care is essential

Leverage category, consumer & product insights to develop compelling Go to Market plan including pricing, promotion, assortment and channel distribution informed recommendations.

Annual marketing plan development to achieve revenue, margin and market share targets

Work collaboratively our Head Office in France, so proficiency speaking French is essential.

Build dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers working in collaboration with the sales team.

P&L MANAGEMENT AND CATEGORY PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Manage the day-to-day business processes to ensure effective and efficient delivery of budget commitment.

Monitor his/her category marketing spending at best, optimising the costs and controlling effectiveness of the major actions through ROI analysis (sell through analysis, monthly Budget KPIs).

Establish, monitor, and evaluate opportunities related to his/her categories respective to annual budgets, including required revisions, adjustments, and identification of incremental opportunities or plans to address potential shortfalls.

Required Skills and Experience:

Degree in international business, Marketing & E-Commerce

5+ years’ experience in Linen Care product management.

Understanding of Global Appliances development processes, and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) strategy and execution.

Demonstrated experience developing strategic marketing plans.

Ability to implement Omni-channel go-to-market strategies with specific knowledge on digital path.

Strong aptitude in MS-Office, in Business Intelligence tools such as Qlik Cloud Analytics, and in Market Intelligence such as GFK data panels.

Fluent in French to liaise with Groupe SEB head office
