Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and act on market opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing on product development
• Assist the National Sales Manager in preparation of sales targets as well as working with Managers and Technical Sales Representatives in each State to execute the business plan
• Provision of technical advice and training in flooring products to customers and Flooring Champions in each state.
• Specification and demonstration of the flooring products and system when required.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all marketing activities.

Profile

A successful Marketing Field Manager should have:

• Proven experience in Specifications or Technical Sales/Product Mangement in the Construction Chemicals space
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
