THRIVE NURSERY – NURSERY HAND

We are a large wholesale nursery based in Upper Coomera. We are looking for two enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking and reliable nursery hands to join our fast-growing business.

The positions are casual - up to 38 hrs per week, Mon-Fri. The opportunity for a full time position is available for the right candidates. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary

The applicant needs to have the following attributes:

Must be physically fit and healthy.

Ability to work in all-weather conditions such as heat, rain, and cold weather.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to take and follow directions.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Have reliable transport.

A forklift ticket an advantage

General Nursery Duties include – cleaning, detailing, barcoding, packing orders, weeding, quality control, loading and unloading of plants, watering and moving plants.
