We are seeking a new team member with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to join our dedicated Front Office team as Receptionist. This is Casual offering 3-5 shifts a week ( availability 7 days) to cover shifts from 6.00am to 10.00pm.

Located centrally in Bowral, The Berida Hotel is a unique combination of splendor and charm. It also hosts a favourite amongst locals; all-day dining restaurant, Bistro Sociale, and Aspinall’s Bar & Lounge.

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

Process payments from guests, create and manage reservations.

Creating memorable experiences for all our guests for all points of guest interactions.

Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences.

Cross selling the hotel’s departments.

Building rapport with each individual guest, to create memorable experiences.

Handling cash and payments.

Carry out specific night audit duties, ensuring accurate records and reports.

Ensure safety and maintain security of the property.

Respond promptly to requests from guests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Successful candidates for this opportunity will have immaculate presentation, impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Naturally demonstrate genuine dedication to The Berida and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. Flexibility to work the occasional day shift is advantageous.
