We are seeking a full time Receptionist based at Nesuto Woolloomooloo. We need someone able to work independently and flexibly.

Your roster will mostly be Tuesday - Saturday with an onsite/on call component on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please be aware, this is subject to change based on roster requirements, leave requests etc.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Staying onsite to manage any call-outs after hours from guests as required when the manager is on days off or leave.

Providing all guests and key stakeholders with exceptional customer service.

General front desk duties including checking guests in/out, making reservations, answering enquiries.

Assisting our housekeeping and maintenance teams along with basic maintenance.

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate must have previous experience in a hotel front desk environment. Qualifications in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded. In addition, we value:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organised with a high attention to detail and accuracy

Positive work attitude and able to work in a small team environment

Ability to work unsupervised

Computer skills

A hands on approach and 'CAN DO' attitude

Critical thinking and ‘thinking outside the box'

Experience handling cash and credit card transactions and shift balancing
