Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Guest Services Supervisor to oversee both our housekeeping and front desk operations. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working directly with guests and team members, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping Operations:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations including room turnover and cleaning standards

Conduct regular quality management inspections of guest rooms and public areas

Manage housekeeping staff scheduling, training, and performance

Handle stock take and ordering of housekeeping supplies and amenities

Work hands-on in housekeeping during busy periods or staff shortages

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Front Desk Operations:

Supervise reception team and ensure exceptional guest service delivery

Develop and implement training programs for front desk staff

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests

Coordinate with housekeeping on room status and availability

Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and guest relations

Additional Responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding

Prepare reports on departmental performance and guest feedback

Support revenue optimisation through upselling and guest satisfaction
