We are seeking vibrant, fun, personable and professional Guest Service staff to join our iconic Boutique Hotel in Potts Point/Randwick/Bondi.

Our Guest Service positions are recruited not on experience, but attitude, and personality!

Ideally however, the following are desirable requirements:

• Clear, confident English both verbal and written - a good sense of humour is imperative! Relationship building is vital to this role.
  
• A polished and presentable appearance suitable for a luxe, boutique brand.
  
• A positive attitude/ approach towards customer service.
  We go the extra mile every time for our guests and work very hard to maintain market-leading review scores.
  
• Strong computer skills - excel reporting, outlook and precise word formatting abilities.
  
• Experience working in a guest house, hotel or reception setting is vital. Reservation, hospitality and call centre experience are highly regarded.
  
• Good understanding of maximisation of sales and implementing of strategy within a customer service environment
  
• Thorough attention to detail and adherence to procedures correctly without taking shortcuts.
  
• Availability across 7 days on a rotating roster, weekend work will be required.
