What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic individuals with a love for hospitality

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience as kitchen hand (highly regarded but not essential)

Working in both Kitchen and bistro

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

Commitment to maintaining high standards in service, presentation, and product quality

Flexibility to work a range of shifts (days and nights)

A willingness to learn and grow
