Our focus on excellence in all areas has led to the rapid growth of our business and we are searching for a new full time Assistant Property Manager. Offering great prospects and a modern work environment at our North Lakes office, the successful candidate will be rewarded with long term ongoing professional growth. Duties will include;

- Assisting 2 Property Managers with daily tasks such as inspections, leasing and maintenance.

- Assisting tenants with rental enquiries and maintaining a high level of communication.

- On boarding new properties from handover to leasing.

- Opportunity for growth throughout the company and dedicated on boarding help!

The preferred candidate will have;

• High attention to detail with a methodical approach

• Strong time management skills

• Impeccable phone manner

• High level communication skills both verbal & written

• Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service

• Current Real Estate Certificate

• Drivers licence and own reliable car (company car available during office hours)

• Professional personal presentation

• 6 months or more experience working in Property Management, experience with PropertyMe is an asset but not a requirement

• Strong belief in our company values and culture

• Salary negotiable with experience
