💼 Your Role Will Involve:

• Managing a small portfolio of SME to mid-market clients across various industries
• Supporting senior brokers with placement strategy, renewals and client servicing
• Building strong client relationships and gaining hands-on experience with complex risks
• Exposure to corporate and financial lines accounts
• Broking and administrative support for major accounts

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years' experience in commercial or SME broking
• Tier 1 Broking qualification (essential)
• Eager to learn, grow and develop technical skills
• Excellent communication and client service mindset
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
