Are you an experienced Account Executive looking to join a dynamic and growing insurance brokerage? Insurance Lab, a leading provider of insurance solutions, is seeking a talented Account Executive to join their team in Doncaster East, VIC. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and make a significant impact on the company's continued success.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the management of a portfolio of professional indemnity and general insurance

Providing exceptional service and tailored solutions; hands on broking, not a processing role

Identify client needs and proactively recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage

Negotiate with insurance providers to secure the best terms and pricing for clients

Prepare and present client submissions

Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and insurance providers

Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and handling referrals

What we're looking for

Preferably 2 years' experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry; professional indemnity insurance experience is preferred but not essential

Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and the ability to provide expert advice

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively

Passion for providing outstanding customer service and delivering tailored solutions

Relevant industry qualifications or certifications

Ability and desire to pursue new business opportunities
