About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across trade channels. You will act as a trusted advisor ensuring our products and solutions meet our customer needs, while consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, contractors, distributors, and wholesale clients.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop sales strategies to expand market share.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B or trade sales
• Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with CRM tools.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
