About the Role

This isn’t your average painting gig. We’re looking for a skilled Painter to lead by example on site — helping supervise daily work, keeping projects on track, and being a point of contact for the team and management. You’ll still paint alongside your crew, but you’ll have extra input and responsibility to help everyone deliver quality results.

Your Day-to-Day

Painting: Deliver high-quality prep and finishes on residential and light commercial sites
Lead by Example: Support and guide your team day-to-day
Keep Jobs on Track: Help the crew stay on schedule and within targets
Be the Link: Liaise with management about site updates, progress, or any small site issues
Team Support: Help with onsite decisions and solutions as they come up

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Painter: 5-10+ years’ experience — can deliver great results and tidy sites
Positive Leader: Friendly, reliable, and ready to help others do their best work
Organised: Good at planning daily tasks and keeping things running smoothly
Strong Communicator: Comfortable talking to both the team and management
Driver’s License & Work Rights: Full Australian license and work rights needed
