We are on the lookout for a purpose-driven Operations Manager to lead our Workforce Australia Specialist Ex-Offender Program. This is a full-time, fixed term position until 30 June 2027 with possibility of extension based from our Southport or Brisbane office.

A bit about your experience…

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within community services (WFA preferred)
• Strong ability to lead, coach, and empower teams to achieve performance targets while fostering a supportive culture
• Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing business plans and driving continuous improvement
• Experience and ability to quickly build rapport with participants, families and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Workforce Australia programs, employment services, or community-focused contracts (highly regarded)
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes and Blue Card.
