Location: Sydney – Hybrid work setup
Role Type: Casual Contract Role
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

About the role:
We are looking for sales representatives to be at the forefront of a new product launch for. You will be part of a small team in a start-up environment, working closely with restaurant partners and senior leadership in the business.
In this role, you will be driving sales with existing restaurant partners - educating, selling, onboarding, and supporting them with the new product. There will also be some acquisition of new restaurant partners to achieve targets and gain market traction.
What You’ll Do:
Impactful engagement: Engage directly with restaurant partners (already on the app) to confidently communicate the new product proposition and convert them to the new product to meet or exceed sales targets.
Targeted acquisition: Identify and target new restaurants that are a good fit for this product to execute on the overall strategy and achieve growth objectives.
Product expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the new product, understanding its features, benefits and the tooling behind it. Leverage this knowledge to address partner questions and overcome objections.
E2E customer experience: Support onboarding and activation of new restaurants and provide support to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
Cross-functional collaboration: Communicate with the strategy and operations team to resolve questions & escalate matters.
Continual improvement: Build positive relationships with restaurant partners, collect feedback and capture insights to help shape future iterations of the product.
What You’ll Need:
2-3+ years previous sales experience: Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to mature lifecycle and revenue generation, inclusive of objection handling related to product use and commercial & legal terms.
Executional excellence: Ability to deliver observable results and continuous improvements despite challenges and setbacks.
Communication: Using communication skills and empathy to clearly, persuasively, and confidently deliver information to a variety of partners.
Negotiation/Sales & Business Acumen: Taking time to build relationships that add long term value to the joint business success of partners.
Adaptability: Quick learner of new tools and processes, with the ability to work autonomously in a self-starting environment
Additional information:
Good to have if candidates have B2B experience and/or phone based/outbound experience.
Good to have if candidates have Hospitality/Customer Service Backgrounds.
Outbound calling & approaching experience.
Previous quota carrying is also good, e.g. have had previous sales quotes and can meet them.
