Randstad is currently recruiting for a motivated and personable Sales Administrator to join the team at a well-established digital & printed newsletter based in Murwillumbah.

Our client is the largest and most widely read digital & print publication in the Northern Rivers, specialising in community display advertising and local news. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic, people-focused role with variety and flexibility.

The Role

• Selling display advertising space (quarter, half, and full-page ads)
• Managing and nurturing a database of 1,000+ local clients
• Generating leads through public notices, signage, and community outreach
• Making outbound active sales-related calls
• Sending rate cards and email follow-ups
• Providing admin and coordination support to the senior sales team
• Working closely with internal designers to deliver client ad materials

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in sales - advertising/media sales highly regarded
• Friendly and confident communicator who can open and close a conversation
• Self-driven and reliable - comfortable working autonomously
• Strong organisational and admin skills
• Local knowledge or interest in the Northern Rivers community a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
