WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

About the role

NEXTGEN Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Frenchs Forest, NSW. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. With a focus on warehousing, storage and distribution, you will contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Receive, unload, and process incoming goods and materials

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders to customers

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Perform stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Assist with the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment

Collaborate with the wider logistics team to streamline warehouse operations

Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and quality protocols

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and procedures

Forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
