Yellowwood Building Group is a well-established company with 30+ employees with a reputation in the construction industry for providing quality finishes with an amazing service. Yellowwood Building Group offer custom built homes from Caboolture to Logan to Ipswich. We are now looking to add to our construction team with the addition of another building supervisor to add to our Southern & Western regions.

Responsibilities

Creating construction schedule once council approval received

Updating and maintaining construction schedules as required

Material take offs when needed

Manage 8-10 home projects at any 1 time

Client liaison

Reporting to Management via company portal

Manage the overall site performance of all projects at once ensuring high level of quality

Onsite walk thoughts and meeting with clients and trades

Conduct project budget review meetings with operations manager & director on regular basis

Get to work on exciting and fulfilling projects with a great team

About you

Minimum 2 years experience supervising residential construction projects

QBCC site supervisors or builders license

Strong time management skills

Knowledge of building regulations & OHS regulations

Be computer literate

Experience with construction management software (Buildxact preferred but not essential)

High level of communication and conflict resolution skills

Valid Australian driver's licence required

Physically capable of regular site inspections, climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions
