This job advertisement is for a Site Supervisor position with a well established custom homebuilder, that is keen to expand their team with a supervisor in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

The role offers a salary package of up to $130,000, plus superannuation, a car, a laptop, and a phone.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Title: Building Supervisor
• Location: Brisbane (inner suburbs)
• Responsibilities:
• Managing the build of 8-12 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.
• Ensuring and driving high standards & high performance from subcontractors & trades
• Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule & budget
• Ensuring HSE standards are met

Required Experience:

• Education:
• Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree
• QBCC Supervision licence is essential
• Professional Experience:
• Ideally you will have a trade background (carpentry / bricklaying)
• Will require at least 12 months supervisor experience
• Stable employment/work history
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
• Personal Attributes:
• Leadership skills
• Well-presented
• Exceptional communication skills
• Clear understanding & adherence of HSE
