We have an opportunity for a Brisbane based Site Supervisor (Insurance building background) to join the new QLD division of a boutique insurance repair builder.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be running residential and commercial insurance repair building projects across Brisbane Metro, as well as assisting to set up and grow the Brisbane division.

The projects will be predominantly BAU to start with, however the company have plans to expand into Major Loss.

The new local office is situated in Murrarie, and you will be joining an existing team of 3 in the area.

This is an exciting period to be joining the company - already a successful insurance builder in Melbourne, this company are investing heavily in growing the Brisbane division. As one of the first in the door, you will be prioritised for future career growth opportunities.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday - Friday. The starting salary is $110,000 - $120,000 + superannuation + vehicle.

ABOUT YOU

Insurance repair building experience as a Supervisor - ideally within both residential and commercial.

Local to Brisbane - a local trade base and industry connections highly advantageous but not necessary.

Proven longevity in previous positions and an interest to commit and grow with the company long-term.

Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects and able to pick up new systems quickly.

Must have industry qualifications including Cert IV Building & Construction.

QBCC Supervisors Licence preferred.

Well-presented and professional.

Current drivers license.
