Support a Senior Building Supervisor as a Trainee and progress to a Supervisor role!
About the Company
Our client is a highly respected long standing residential building company specialising in volume housing in South East QLD. They have a reputation for integrity and quality builds.
About the Position
An opening exists for a Building Supervisor to join their team in the Sunshine Coast region.
Responsibilities will include:
Support a Senior Supervisor on new build project homes in the Gympie area
Manage multiple projects in housing estates concurrently
Assist with coordinating trades and scheduling materials
Assist with WHS and QA
What we need:
Carpentry Trade Qualification
Certificate IV in Building highly regarded
Experience within volume home industry advantageous
Strong time management and organisation skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
