About the Role

As a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Operator you are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Router machines used for precision manufacturing of parts and components.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Preparing files, Nesting and Operate Australian Router Machine (Multicam Brand)
• Loading materials (15000c 3000mm flatbed)
• Jig-work
• Receiving/unloading board products
• Load and Unload material using overhead crane
• Sorting/labelling components
• Machine maintenance – Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
• Machine Operation
• General Housekeeping

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in CNC Router programming, operation and Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining principles and methods
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Familiarity with CNC programming languages such as G-Codes and M-codes
• Forklift Licenses (Essential)
• Some demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in using measuring tools for quality control
