About the role

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking to take your career to the next level? As a full-time Machine Operator for Urban Earth Landscapes' in Lonsdale, SA, you will play a vital role in operating and maintaining a range of construction equipment to support the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing

Operate a variety of construction equipment such as excavators, and skid steers in a safe and efficient manner

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety

Work collaboratively with the broader construction team to support the successful completion of landscaping projects

Adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Several years' experience as a Machine Operator in the construction or landscaping industry

Demonstrated proficiency in operating a range of construction equipment including excavators, loaders, and skid steers

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance and inspections

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Effective communication and teamwork skills

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the team
