A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Graduate OR Junior Accountant to join a successful and well-established CA practice in City Fringe that has a great ongoing team culture and provides an excellent learning platform to help broaden and develop your career.

You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in numerous client industries and HNWI and gain client exposure across agriculture, manufacturing, retail, hospitality industries and more. The work is very interesting and extremely diverse and you will benefit from excellent mentorship with Managers and Directors that take a hands-on approach and want to see you succeed.

Some of the duties in this role include (but not limited to):

Completing and lodging BAS, IAS

Preparing income tax returns and financial statements for all entities including SMSF

Drafting initial advice and reports

Calculating additions, CGT and disposals of assets and depreciation expenses

Liaise with the ATO to solve clients' tax issues

Compulsory Requirements:

6-18 months years' local business services/tax experience in a public practice firm

PR or Australian citizen status

Relevant accounting degree, studies upon completion or graduated
