Please note: This is a casual position, and shift times will vary. Shifts can be on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests

Manage bookings, reservations, and general guest services

Deliver exceptional customer service across all five Council holiday parks

Support the day-to-day operations of busy holiday park reception areas

What We're Looking For:

Strong background in customer service, ideally in hospitality or tourism

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible availability across all 7 days, including weekends and holidays

Comfortable working across multiple locations and varying shifts

Familiarity with booking systems and administrative tasks
